As we continue with the Colorado Online Spring23 pilot, we need to finalize the number of individual teaching sections that are needed for the 10-week courses based on active enrollment in pooled sections. The process CCCOnline uses now is called a “split” meeting. At this meeting, the scheduling team confirms the number of sections needed based on actual enrollment and projected class sizes, and confirms that instructors are assigned to each section.
On Wednesday, February 15th, from 11am – 12pm, we will hold the official Split Meeting for the 10-week sections of the Spring 2023 Pilot. If you cannot attend personally, please forward this invitation to a dean or department chair you would like to attend on your behalf. The meeting will also be recorded. For these meetings, each college representative will need to be prepared with information on the courses assigned to your college, and if you have capacity to take on any additional sections if enrollment is higher than projected.
