Colleagues,
Thanks to everyone who contributed to the selection of required course materials for the 124 courses that will be offered as Colorado Online @ pooled sections in Summer and Fall 2023. We are also in the process of gathering existing course shells for use as Interim Ready-to-Teach courses. These resources, including instructions for accessing required online materials, will be available by March 31 to help instructors prepare their summer and fall course sections.
In other news:
- Required course materials selections for Spring 2024 will be due May 15.Self-paced training on the Healthy Course Checklist is now available online. These materials are also available to LMS Coordinators if colleges would like to customize the training.
- The new LMS Change Advisory Board will meet for the first time in March.
- At its March meeting, the Steering Committee will consider a proposal for including Online Success Liaisons as part of the central Student Affairs Support Team to help online students, faculty, and staff connect across colleges.
We are still finalizing the new Inside Colorado Online @ web site. In the meantime, recordings of information sessions and other resources can still be found on the Colorado Online @ Blog. We have also created a new SharePoint site where we will store reference documents such as the official course distribution lists for upcoming semesters.
