Does it look like CCCOnline instructors who get hired by one of the colleges will be required to teach face-to-face courses as well as online?

There is no system policy or system requirement to teach in specific modalities. When instructors become employees of a college, they are bound to whatever that college’s requirements are. If a college does require online instructors to also teach face-to-face courses on campus, then those policies should be transparent at the time of hire so the person applying can make the decision on whether they want that or not.
