Has anyone talked with another institution that have completed a similar transition? i.e., Florida Online

In the development of the Colorado Online model, we looked at Washington State, California, Virginia, and other systems. What we found is that most systems have not yet done what we are proposing to do. But those states also don’t have a central entity like CCCOnline. There is not an exact example we can emulate.
