How to get information to the home colleges for instructors who are highly experienced in online realm rather than instructors having to watch the job boards as another job in the meantime?

Our goal is for there to be some sort of bridge. We want to have some sort of deliberate connection, so the instructors know when those positions are being filled at the colleges and the colleges know who the instructors are at CCCOnline. We would like to create a system that will help colleges that don’t have the instructional capacity to be able to hire instructional capacity to be able to hire instructors at CCCOnline when they pick up additional sections. As far as the application, however the colleges hire their instructors now is how they would continue to hire in the new environment. So, if they require a full application, that there would have to be an application; if they require interview processes, that there would have to be an interview process. Instructors who already know and have a relationship with the colleges will probably have a little bit smoother transition because they’re already kind of in the line of sight of the colleges.
