Is the goal to develop OERs for the pooled sections?

To keep student costs low, we want to prioritize use of OER materials for pooled sections, but only if they adequately support students in achieving the course’s learning outcomes. Disciplines may select non-OER materials if they will make a substantial difference in helping students achieve the course learning outcomes at a reasonable cost, in the context that students are already investing several hundred dollars per credit to take the course.
