Regarding CCCOnline instructors who are not affiliated with any of the colleges: after all instruction shifts to the colleges, will it be necessary for these instructors to apply for teaching positions at one of the colleges and go through an interview and hiring process? Like a new instructor?

To be considered for employment at another college, it will require completing any necessary applications or selection processes for that college. Tina, Amy, and Christina are working to share information about CCCOnline instructors with the colleges and additional details on how CCCOnline Instructors can be included in these lists will be forthcoming from System Human Resources. Inclusion will not circumvent selection process participation but will allow colleges to reach out to recruit when they have a need. System HR has also created a CCCS Jobs Board to serve as a single location where CCCS colleges post their current employment opportunities and they are working with the colleges to encourage that all instructor opportunities get posted.
