There was a question during the first week of Learning Design Academy about whether instructors would be allowed to substitute OER textbooks, since they don’t have a cost. Any news on that?

If the required course materials are designated as OER (Zero Textbook Cost) with no specified title, the instructor could substitute other no-cost OER materials under the teaching college’s oversight. All materials must support the Healthy Course Checklist standards, including Web Accessibility.
