With the now 3 way split of revenues – how much are tuition/fees expected to increase and how does that new price compare to other online competitors in the state (4 year schools) and across the country?

We do not want to increase online tuition/fees in order for this model to work. As I discussed on the call, there is already concern about the online differential being too high. One of the pillars of this plan is to increase efficiency in our instructional costs. Those efficiencies would then help fund the model. This is another reason why there needs to be some level of coordination in scheduling online courses. Without coordination, we could become less efficient than we are now, making it harder to fund all that will be needed in the consortium.
